Your information gets used for: Sending you updates about Novaharbor, new game releases, and announcements we think matter to you; Making the Website better, improving how games play, and generally enhancing what you experience; and Getting you service information through different channels. We look at how players interact with our Website and platform to understand behavior patterns and how you use our services alongside other online platforms. This doesn't involve data that identifies you personally. For people who were already with us before this notice, we rely on legitimate business interests as our legal basis for sending communications.
Information we collect from you
Here's what we collect and process: Information you provide – anything you submit through Website forms or send us via email, phone, or messaging. We only ask for what we actually need. Email Subscription – just your email address to get you on our mailing list. Contact Form – we store your name, email, and message in our database so we can respond and keep records. Job Application Form – we keep your name, email, birth date, phone number, portfolio link and similar details to review your application and reach out about positions that might fit you. Gameplay Analytics – through the platform where you play, we get limited data about your device type and where you're located. This doesn't identify you as an individual. Meta Quest Titles – our games on Meta Quest need access to: User ID (so app features work) User Profile (to get your Oculus username and profile photo) Friends List for multiplayer games (so platform features function) Deep Linking (for moving around within the app) Crash Reports – when you submit bug or crash reports we automatically get data about your hardware, OS, and version. If screenshots you include contain identifying information we'll strip it out.
Information we collect about you
When you're playing our games, we collect: Device and platform details – what console or device you're using and your geographic location. The platform gives us this and it doesn't identify you personally. When you're on our Website, we automatically pick up: Technical information – your IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone, plug-in types, OS, hardware details from crash reports, and feature suggestions; Visit information – full URLs you clicked on, pages you visited, how fast things loaded, errors you hit, how long you stayed, and what you interacted with like scrolling and clicks. Information from other sources – data about you from other services we run, which we only combine with Website data if we told you when we collected it. We work with third-party partners for analytics, payments, and advertising, and we'll tell you when we get data about you from them and what we plan to do with it.
Where we hold and what we do with your information
Gameplay data usually comes to us straight from the platform you're playing on. We store information on UK or EU servers spread across different locations for backup. Gameplay data gets combined with other players in your platform and region, then we use it to see how well things are selling and shape our marketing. Website content is spread geographically so it loads fast. We never pass your user data to third parties for marketing. OVH hosts our Website so check their policies for their details. Website submissions go into our MySQL database. MailChimp runs our newsletters. Look at their privacy policy to see how they manage your data. If we sell, merge, or move parts of our business, we might give your information to the new owners. They'd use it under the same terms as this notice.
Interaction with Social Networks of Platforms
Our games can connect to third-party social networks or platforms, which share information with us. These are run by third parties we don't control. You should read their terms and privacy policies to understand how they handle your data. We link to third-party privacy policies in our Cookies section. When you let our games connect with a social network or platform, we might share data about you with your contacts (and they with you) so you can play together ("Social Data"). This includes your name, profile picture, and game scores or progress. You can control what third-party providers share with us by changing your settings with them, though some gameplay features might not work as well.

We might email you about service updates or changes to the Website. You can turn emails on or off anytime by hitting 'Unsubscribe' in what we send you. Our Website has links to partner networks, advertisers, and affiliates. They run their own sites with their own privacy policies that we're not responsible for. Check what they say before you give them personal data or use their services.
Your Rights

If your personal data is wrong, you can ask us to fix it. Email us at that address above and we'll correct it. You have the right to be forgotten and can ask us to delete your data permanently. Email info@novaharbor.pro to make this request. There's no cost for getting electronic copies of your information, asking for corrections, or asking for deletion.
How long we hold your information for
Novaharbor checks all personal data every year. If you haven't done anything with us in that time, we'll email you before we delete it. You can ask for deletion anytime—see the Your Rights section above.
